Similar to the entry-level MB-70 system, the MB-70HI windows from the renowned ALUPROF brand are well-suited for use in separation systems and aluminum profile facades.
FUNCTIONAL AND ELEGANT
- Offers a wide range of window functions to choose from.
- Profiles can be shaped to create arched windows.
- Multiple finish options available, including concealed sash windows, the Industrial “steel-look” version, and three types of glazing beads: Standard, Prestige, and Style.
- Doors come with 1 or 2 sashes, available in outswing or inswing configurations, and can include a soft-close function.
- Designed to accommodate various fixtures, including concealed window hinges or roller hinges for doors.
- Provides a foundation for enhanced thermal insulation with options like MB-70 HI, MB-70US HI, and MB-70CW HI.
- Available in two-tone finishes, allowing different colors on the inside and outside of the profiles.
Enhanced thermal insulating power
The Uf-value for structures made with the MB-70HI system ranges from 1.0 to 2.3 W/m²K, depending on the profiles and accessories used. Thermal insulation is enhanced by specialized insulating inserts placed within the central chamber created by the thermal breaks in the aluminum profiles. These inserts lower the heat transfer coefficient across the chamber due to their low U-value, while also reducing heat convection and radiation by being centrally positioned within the section.
