Similar to the entry-level MB-70 system, the MB-70HI doors from the renowned ALUPROF brand are ideal for use in partitioning and aluminum profile facade systems.
FUNCTIONAL AND NEAT
- A diverse selection of window functions to suit various user needs
- Profiles can be curved to create arched windows
- Multiple finish options, including concealed sash windows, an Industrial “steel-look” version, and three types of glazing beads: Standard, Prestige, and Style
- Doors available with 1 or 2 sashes, outswing or inswing configurations, and an optional soft close function
- Designs accommodate various fixtures, including concealed window hinges and roller hinges for doors
- Foundation for enhanced thermal insulation solutions: MB-70 HI, MB-70US HI, and MB-70CW HI
- Two-colour finishes available, allowing for different colors on the inside and outside of profiles
Enhanced Thermal Insulating Power
The Uf-value for structures made with the MB-70HI system ranges from 1.0 to 2.3 W/m²K, depending on the profiles and accessories used. The system’s thermal insulation is enhanced by specialized insulating inserts positioned within the central chamber created by the thermal breaks in the aluminum profiles. These inserts lower the heat transfer coefficient across the chamber due to their low U-value, and their central placement also minimizes heat convection and radiation.
